Matt Brennan

Registered Massage Therapy

Matt's journey into being an RMT was sparked by a personal experience that demonstrated the immense benefits of massage therapy. Graduating from Georgian College's Massage Therapy program in August 2018, he simultaneously pursued his passion as a personal trainer. With an active background encompassing sports like swimming, running, soccer, and weightlifting, Matt's appreciation for Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) deepened during his own injury rehabilitation process. His swift return to sports was largely attributed to their expertise.

With a deep understanding of the physical and emotional changes that accompany childbirth, Matt is dedicated to providing personalized care tailored to each client's specific needs and concerns. Trained in various massage techniques, Matt offers effective treatments to alleviate discomfort, promote relaxation, and support the body's natural healing process during the post-partum period.

Matt will be offering registered massage therapy in and around Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Burlington and Oakville.
